01Problem问题

Buyers struggle to pin down what they want and get little personal attention from agents, while listings and paperwork stay scattered. The bet: AI tools could make the process faster and more transparent for buyers, sellers and agents.买家很难说清自己想要什么，也很少得到经纪人的个别关注；房源和文件又分散各处。我们的判断是：AI 工具能让买家、卖家和经纪人都更快、更透明。

02What I built我做了什么

  • A Django platform with accounts (sign-up, login, password reset), structured property listings (type, status, rooms, amenities, price, video) and search.Django 平台：账户（注册、登录、找回密码）、结构化房源（类型、状态、房间、设施、价格、视频）和搜索。
  • An AI content studio: three GPT-3 steps — topic ideas, section titles, section write-ups — with a monthly word allowance per subscriber.AI 内容工作台：GPT-3 分三步生成——选题、章节标题、章节正文——每个订阅用户有每月字数额度。
  • Product work alongside the code: competitor research, a B2B white-label versus B2C model, and the pitch deck.代码之外的产品工作：竞品研究、B2B 白标与 B2C 两种模式，以及融资演示稿。
  • Built with contract developers; I wrote 68 of the 95 commits.与外包开发者共同完成；95 个提交中 68 个由我编写。

05Limits, stated plainly局限，直说

  • Generation was prompt-only, with no test set, and deploys were a script with no tests. My later work replaced both habits with eval gates and release gates.生成只靠提示词，没有测试集；部署只是一段没有测试的脚本。我后来的工作用评估闸门和发布闸门取代了这两个习惯。
  • No usage data was recorded, and the product is not running today.没有记录使用数据，产品目前也不在运行。
