01Problem问题

A third-party job feed labelled rows as “recent”, but only 214 of 1,375 (16%) were actually posted in the last three days.第三方岗位源把数据标为“最近”，但 1,375 条里只有 214 条（16%）真的是近三天发布的。

03What I built我做了什么

  • Collect straight from employers' ATS APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and more), keeping source URLs and which date field each timestamp came from.直接从雇主 ATS API（Greenhouse、Lever、Ashby 等）采集，保留来源链接和每个时间戳来自哪个日期字段。
  • Never delete: a posting closes only after it is missing twice in a row, and every status change is kept.永不删除：连续两次缺失才关闭岗位，每次状态变化都保留。
  • Before release, every public field passes known-field rules, the bilingual PII detector and a fail-closed scan.发布前，每个公开字段都要过已知字段规则、双语 PII 检测器和失败即拒绝的扫描。
  • Résumé-aware interview practice that runs locally, with a check that every claim in an answer is backed by a real story from the résumé.在本地运行、结合简历的面试练习，并检查答案中的每条说法都能在简历的真实经历里找到依据。
